Warley Cottage Nr. 1 is a stunning one bedroom property with a cliff-top garden located in the lower village.
It is only seconds away from the beach, local pubs and restaurants yet it is tucked away in a quiet and secluded location.
The cottage dates back as far as 1668 and has been renovated to a high standard in 2011 to incorporate contemporary features whilst retaining its original charm.

The cottage is accessed by steps rising steeply to the cliff top. Adjacent to the cottage is a private terraced garden with seating and a BBQ area providing panoramic views over the roof tops of the lower village towards the moors beyond.
The cottage is entered via a stable door which opens into a double-aspect open plan living area. The garden end of the room is fitted with a fully equipped Mediterranean blue kitchen and breakfast bar which includes full cooking facilities and a dishwasher. The village end of the room overlooks the roof tops of the lower village and is equipped with an Italian cognac leather sofa corner unit, a multi-fuel stove on a stone hearth, and a flat-screen TV with built in DVD/CD.
An open-tread double-cantilevered staircase rises from the kitchen area to a landing giving access to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and has lovely views over the roof-tops of the lower village from its dormer window.
The bathroom is lavishly equipped with a double ended bath and shower and its dormer window overlooks the rear garden.
